Many complaints have been made about staff for not helping any new players. If the staff members don't start helping players They will all be demoted!! Don't make me take away what Kryst has given to you because I will do it if you don't do what your suppose to be doing!! I don't mind if you can't get online, but what really bothers me is that your not doing your job!! NOW DO IT OR BE DEMOTED!!!!!!!

He's basically saying, that people ask for help, and no online staff helps them.
